In this article, we will cover how you can remove any personal information from your cancelled ClickFunnels account. You may have already cancelled your ClickFunnels account, but realized you have some domains still attached to your account or other personal information you wish to remove. By going into your cancelled ClickFunnels account and deleting the custom domains and performing a GDPR deletion, this will remove any personal information that may still be within your previous ClickFunnels account.
Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
ClickFunnels account access
Step 1: Removing Custom Domain From Within ClickFunnels
1. Hover over your ClickFunnels avatar or the left-hand-side menu and click Domains
2. Click the three dots, then click on Remove Domain
Important Note: You will need to ensure you have removed all custom domains from within your ClickFunnels account prior to moving forward.
Performing A GDPR Deletion Within Your ClickFunnels Account
1. Hover over your ClickFunnels avatar and click Account Details
2. Click Delete
3. Type in the word DELETE in all caps
4. Click Delete
Important Note: Keep in mind clicking delete will remove all personal information from your account, any contacts as well as funnels. This action cannot be reversed or restored once it has been deleted.
