So you have decided to cancel your ClickFunnels account? It makes us sad to know you are leaving but we appreciate the time you spent as a part of the ClickFunnels Family. The following will be a complete list of things you should do BEFORE canceling your account.
Remove all external domains from your account.
To remove any external domains from your account you will want to hover over your profile circle -> account settings -> Domains on the left sidebar -> click on the 3 dots on the right -> hit "Edit" -> scroll down to "Remove Domain" and click [ Expand ] -> click the [ Yes, delete this domain ] button and confirm.

Transfer out all internal domains from your account.

Download Contacts / Email Lists.
You can follow this article here on how to download Contacts: ( https://help.clickfunnels.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005988334-Export-Contacts ). This process is the same for individual Email Lists. The difference is just that you need to go to the Contacts tab of the specific Email List instead of your general Contacts page.
Hover over "Follow-Up Funnels" in your menu bar at the top of your dashboard -> Click on Email Lists -> Click on the specific Email List you want to download -> Click on the "Download Contacts" button.
Downloading the HTML versions of your Funnels.
