1. Your card might not be set up for subscriptions
2. Your card is not a major credit or debit card that is accepted by ClickFunnels
3. Your card might have failed multiple times and was blocked by Stripe
4. Your bank might be blocking the credit card assuming it is fraud.
Why Is My Card Getting Declined?
When placing a card on file, our system runs a preliminary test to verify the validity of the card. If your bank blocks this test, then it tells our system that your card is invalid. Sometimes the card does not support certain types of purchases or cannot be used for certain business categories, and that is why it declined.
Our system accepts all major debit and credit cards. However, if you use a different type of card, there is a possibility that it may not work.
What Should I Do if My Card Gets Declined?
You will have to reach out to your card issuer and let them know that you are trying to sign up for the program or trying to purchase a product from us.
