In this article, you will learn how to submit the responses to your survey questions. The responses selected in your survey must be submitted for you to be able to view them in each contact's record and/or in a downloadable file.
What you will need:
Step 1: Edit the Survey Outcome
- Open the Survey Element.
- Click on Outcomes.
- Click on the Outcome name.
- Choose the Submit the Page or Open Pop Up action from the drop-down.
