How To Import Contacts To Your ClickFunnels Account:
In order to be able to import contacts from external sources, these need to be organized inside a spreadsheet in a .csv file. The very first row in the spreadsheet should have a label for each of the columns containing the information: i.e. First Name, Last Name, Email Address, etc.
Important Note: There should not be any empty rows or columns between the data in the spreadsheet, and you should have at least the email address for the contacts your wish to import. When importing contacts, we recommend doing it in batches of 5,000 contacts. Another best practice is to clean the file of unexisting or incorrect email addresses.
1. Hover over ClickFunnels and click on Contacts.
2. Click on Import Contacts.
3. Click on Choose File and choose the .csv file from your computer.
4. Check the box right above the Upload button to confirm the contacts are all over 18 and have given you permission to receive marketing communications.
5. Click on Upload.
6. Next, you will need to match the information that is being pulled from the csv file with the appropriate information.
For example: if you have Name and Email as the column labels in your csv file you would match Name with First Name and Email with Email.
The following are all the current fields that are available to be saved in ClickFunnels:

When the import/upload process starts, you will see a green success notification on your screen. Depending on the size of the file, the import/upload process could take from 0 up to 20 minutes to finish.

A good practice is to import 5K contacts at a time.
-
The only information that can be imported from the csv file is: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone, Street 1, Street 2, City, State, Country, and Zip Code.
