In this article, we will be going over the six elements only found on Affiliate area steps. By customizing your Affiliate area, you will be able to provide your affiliates with other tools and information they need.
When creating an Affiliate area within your funnel only the Affiliate Link element is required for the step to work as intended.
By the end of this document, you should be able to answer:

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
- An active ClickFunnels account subscribed to the Platinum or higher plan
- A funnel
- An affiliate area step

Affiliate Area Specific Elements:
Affiliate Link
This element is the only required element on an Affiliate area step. It provides a unique URL link for the Affiliates to use. Affiliates will use the link in the field to promote your funnel.
You can replace the URL in the settings to direct traffic to a specific funnel step in your funnel other than the first step of the funnel.
Affiliate Stats
This element shows affiliates how many visitors, buyers, and commissions have been generated through their affiliate link.
Image Asset
This element allows affiliates to grab the HTML code for an image and use it to promote the funnel.
Text Asset
This element allows affiliates to grab the HTML code for a Text Block and use it to promote the funnel.
Visual Funnel
This element can be used to show affiliates how much their potential total earnings are for the funnel.
Link Builder
This element can be used to generate affiliate links that will direct to other pages in the funnel in lieu of the first page.
