    Is it crazy that there is no live support or anyone you can contact? I need help and can't seem to get it. I would love to speak to someone either in live chat or on the phone. Emailing from an Australian time zone won't be fun. It would take us about three months to sort something out.

    With such a great site and features ClickFunnels has, it's sad that this does not reflect back onto their customer support process. 24/7 live support is a MUST in this industry

    I've Been A Loyal Customer Of Click Funnels For A Long Time, But I'm Considering Leaving, If For No Other Reason, Based Solely On This New "No Live Person Customer Support" Change. You Guys Have Definitely Got To Do Better When It Comes To This...  Emailing Back And Fourth Is Unquestionably Unacceptable!

    Hi everyone
    I think there is a technical issue one of my customers could not login and password reset was not sending any email to her so when you can't login there is only submit a ticket option via the blue Get Help Buttom at the bottom right hand page
    But you can get Live help when you are logged in

    It would be better if there was Live Help 24/7 on both areas new potential customers and subscribed customers this may help increase customer base :)

    This is the first time I've found resolved a challenge by troubleshooting without a personal customer support. Clickfunnels is not perfect but it's great. Great support system in place.

    My profile does not have any options to contact support or access billing to cancel my account. They take my money every month but, do not let me contact support or cancel services. Not very happy.

    Hi Daniel

    Sorry, you are having trouble accessing support.  You should have the option on the bottom right of the screen there is a "Get Help" icon.  Also when logged into your account you should be able to hover over "help" at the top right next to your profile icon. There are 3 options the 2nd "get help" link is the link to our support team.

    You are also able to send emails directly to however it's better to use the get help option in either of the 2 places mentioned above.

    You can also manage your billing by going to "Account Settings" at the top right and selecting the second option on the left titled "Account Billing" from there you can select the available account management features including canceling your services.
