In this article, you will learn how to send out an automated email to contacts that did not complete their purchase in your funnel.
What you will need:
- Clickfunnels Order Page. Click here to learn how to get started.
- SMTP Integration. Click here to learn how to set up your SMTP integration with Clickfunnels.
Step 1: Create Automation
- Select the Order Page/Step in the funnel where you are collecting an email address.
- Click on the Automation tab.
- Click on Add New Email.
- Enter the From Name.
- Enter the Subject.
- Select the SMTP Configuration.
- Select Saw Page But Didn't Purchase from the condition drop down.
- Click on Email Delay to set a delay in days or hours. [Optional]
- Create your email using the Basic Editor or the select a template from the Advanced Editor [Email Templates are Available for Actionetics Users Only]
- Click Create Email.
