Learn to add a failed purchase on a ClickFunnels order page to an email list in ClickFunnels by integrating it with Zapier.
What you will need
Step 1. Create a New Zap
- Inside of Zapier, click "Make a Zap."
- Search for ClickFunnels.
- Select "New Failed Purchase" for the trigger.
- Click "Save and Continue."
- Select your ClickFunnels Account.
- Select your funnel and funnel step where the failed purchases are triggered.
- Click "Continue."
- Click "Finish and Continue."
Note: When testing the Zapier connection, you will need a recently failed purchase in the funnel for a successful test.

Step 2. Choose an Action App
- Search for ClickFunnels.
- Select the "Add Email To List" action.
- Select the "Email List" from the List drop-down.
- Select the "Email Address" field from the Email drop-down.
