Account Settings
Digital Assets are digital files that you can upload and distribute through ClickFunnels. Uploading digital files to your ClickFunnels account allows you to use the Digital Assets feature. You can use the Digital Assets feature to deliver lead magnets or fulfill your customer’s orders of digital products.
By the end of this document, you should be able to answer:
- What is a Digital Asset?
- Why would I need a Digital Asset?
- What do I need in order to upload a Digital Asset?
- Where can I locate the link to my Digital Asset?
- How can I delete a Digital Asset from my account?
Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
- An active ClickFunnels account
- A supported digital file

Uploading A Digital Asset:
The supported file types for Digital Assets are: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, pdf, zip, txt, csv, or xls.
Important Note: The maximum allowed file size is 3MB.
1. Access Account Settings under the Account Profile menu.
2. Click on Digital Assets to the left.
3. Click on New Asset.
4. Click on Choose File.
Browse your device and select the file that you wish to upload.
5. Enter the Asset Name.
In this field, you should enter your asset’s name. Keep in mind this will be visible for your leads and/or customers.
There are different delivery methods for Digital Assets. These are covered in detail in this article. One of the available methods is to deliver your file via email.
6. Enter the From Name. (Optional)
The From Name will be displayed as the email sender’s name. You can use your own name or your business name here.
7. Enter the From Email. (Optional)
The From Email will be displayed as the sender’s email address.
8. Enter the Message. (Optional)
The Message area will be the body of the email that your leads and/or customers will receive when the digital asset is delivered.
9. Click Add.
Locating Your Digital Asset Link:
1. Access Account Settings under the Account Profile menu.
2. Click on Digital Assets to the left.
3. Click on the desired Digital Asset.
4. Find the link to the Digital Asset under Path to Current File.
Deleting A Digital Asset:
1. Access your Digital Asset.
2. Click the Delete button to the bottom left.
