Contact Profile Overview

A Contact Profile is created when a visitor submits their email address through a funnel. Within the Contact Profile, you will be able to review all the information submitted by the contact. You also have the ability to update their information except for their email address. In this article, we will be covering the Contact Profile.

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • An existing contact/subscriber

Step 1: View A Contact Profile:

A Contact Profile contains relevant information about a specific subscriber, such as Social score, Recency score, Frequency score, Value score, Action Score, Followers, Purchases, Memberships, Email Lists, Marketing Automation history, and Recent Activity. It is beneficial to understand how to locate a Contact Profile as well as edit the profile if necessary

1. Hover over ClickFunnels and click on Contacts.
