Contacts
The Memberships area/tab within a Contact profile is where you are able to view which membership areas the contact has access to. The Memberships area within a Contact profile is helpful to review the contact’s progress, remove membership access, and reset their membership password. In this article, we’ll explore the Memberships tab in depth.

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
- An active ClickFunnels account
- A contact/subscriber
- A membership funnel

How To Access The Memberships Tab:
1. Hover over ClickFunnels
2. Click on Contacts
3. Search for the desired contact using their email address
4. Click on the three dots to the right, then select Memberships
Within the Memberships tab, you can see which membership funnels the contact is currently a part of and the date and time when the membership account was created. You can also see their current progress within a specific membership funnel.
How To View A Contact’s Membership Activity:
1. From within the Memberships tab, click on the three dots to the right
2. Click on Activity
Here you can see more in depth the current progress of the contact in the membership funnel. You can see when they started each lesson and the current progress for each lesson.
How To Reset A Membership Password For A Contact:
1. From within the Memberships tab, click on the three dots to the right
2. Click on Reset Password
3. Type in the New Password
4. Click on Reset Password
5. Share the new password with your contact
How To Remove A Contact From A Membership Funnel:
1. From within the Memberships tab, click on the three dots to the right
2. Click on Delete
3. Confirm you want to delete the desired membership profile by clicking Delete Membership
Important Note: This will remove the contact from the membership funnel and if you wish to re-add them back to the membership funnel, you will need to have them sign up using the secret sign up URL.
