A send window can be used within a Follow-Up Funnel step to set a specific day and time for when you want the step to go out to your contacts.
What you will need
Step 1: Send Windows (optional)
- Navigate to an existing Follow-up Funnel.
- Click the Schedule tab.
- Click Add Send Window (optional).
- Adjust Send Window Time and Days.
Note: The Timezone that will be used will be based on the contacts timezone, in the event that the contacts timezone is not available, the Timezone that will be used with the Send Window will be the Timezone in which the account is set to.
If you add two Send Windows this is considered an "or" action, for example, Monday-Tuesday at 8:00 AM or Thursday-Friday at 2:00 PM whichever comes first for the customer in the sequence.
