Learn How To Cancel Your ClickFunnels Account
What you will need
- ClickFunnels Account.
Step 1 Access ClickFunnels Account Billing
- Login to your Account or Access the Dashboard.
- Hover over the Profile Icon in the Upper Right Corner of your Dashboard.
- In the drop down menu, select Account Settings.
- On the next page select the Account Billing tab on the left-hand side.
Step 2 Cancel Your Account
- Account Cancellation is broken up into 3 Steps.
- For Step 1 select the yellow button labeled Cancel My Subscription.
- Step 2 will prompt an Exit Survey. Select one of the options to Cancel your Subscription.
- Step 3 will offer you free training and a chance to join the Affiliate Program, scroll down to select Cancel or Pause.
Important Note: Pausing your Account will place you on the $9.99/mo subscription. You cannot create any new funnels or pages on the Pause Plan.
Step 3 Your Account is Cancelled.
- Once you have selected Cancel My Account, your account is closed.
- You will not be charged further.
- To Reactivate your account, you can log in at any time and select the subscription you would like to have.

There is no account billing section
This didn’t work, I cancelled days in advance of my bill date but there was no exit survey or confirmation, and conveniently support has not answered my ticket. I don’t want to be charged another cycle because it doesn’t work according to these instructions! I tried seeing what I needed to do to cancel a couple of weeks ago, and same problem. No one has fixed it..
I am very concerned because a couple of weeks ago the service people said they didn’t see the cancel go through, and at the time I was still deciding so that was fine, I was just trying to figure out how to cancel for when I needed to, but now it’s not letting me and I do not want to be billed another month

How do o cancel my account when I don’t have an account and you trying to charge $297 onto my card
I have submitted a ticket several times now and have received NO response for several weeks now. I cancelled my account but have not received my refund yet. And with no phone number for me to call I'm feeling like this is a bit of a scam and you have taken my money and are not fulfilling your end of the deal by giving it back per your "30 days money back guarantee". I would appreciate if someone could please reply to my tickets and process my refund.

You should really check the steps to cancel an account. The information you provided is incorrect!!

I was having the same problem but all you have to do is make sure you type the right URL you have to type clickfunnels.com to get out of help.clickfunnels.com and you will see it.
