All ClickFunnels application data is duplicated in a mirrored production environment based in the United States. This allows us to restore the application following a disaster with limited interruption to users.
In addition, we have implemented daily incremental backups and weekly full backups; these are cycled over thirty days. The backups ensure we reduce the potential data loss. While we backup the application, you, as the user are responsible for ensuring your data, is backed up appropriately.
We cannot guarantee your data against data loss from a system failure.
What you can do now:
- Create backups of the information uploaded into Clickfunnels (i.e. Images, Files, Sales Copy, and any proprietary content related to your business)
