Yes, if you are not able to attend the 2021 event and do not wish to attend virtually, you can transfer your ticket to FHL 2022.

Answer: No, $697.00 is the price for all attendees.

- If due to COVID, we are unable to hold a live event, your ticket will be converted into a Virtual Ticket, where you will have an amazing Virtual Experience!
Question: Can I purchase a ticket onsite the day of the event?

Not this year; due to Covid, all tickets must be purchased in advance.
Question: My country doesn't allow travel, how can I attend?
Answer:
If you are unable to attend the Event in person, you can purchase a virtual ticket and attend that way.
Question: What is the deadline for deciding if I will attend in person or virtually?
Answer:
August 1st is the deadline of notifying us if you will be attending in person or virtually. This will allow enough time to plan accordingly and make sure your SWAG is ordered and shipped!

Question: What is the schedule for FHL 2021?
Answer:
Registration will start on Sept. 21st around noon and will continue until the Event starts on the 22nd.
- Event will kick off around noon on Sept. 22nd and will conclude on Sept. 25th (typically around 6 pm or so).
- Daily schedules aren’t typically published but plan on starting around 8 am and concluding later into the evening each day.
- We do reserve the right to change this schedule at any time.
Question: What is the event deadline to apply for the 2CC Award?

To be recognized at FHL 2021, you must have your application submitted no later than August 15th.
Question: Does the hotel offer free parking?
Answer:
No, parking costs $28/day, attendees will be able to use a 20% discount voucher.
Question: Are pets allowed in the event?
Answer:
- No, the Gaylord Palms Hotel does NOT allow pets in their hotel.
- If you have a service animal, please reach out to us in advance so we can help coordinate.
Question: Will there be an opportunity to meet Russell Brunson?

Due to Russell’s busy schedule, he typically isn’t able to meet with attendees.
Question: Will any meals be provided at the event?
Answer:
There will be some food provided at different networking events during FunnelHacking LIVE, but you are typically responsible for your own meals.
Question: What is the difference between virtual and in person ticket?
Answer:
Both experiences are going to be amazing! The difference is: in person, you will be in Kissimmee Florida at the event space; virtual can be watched anywhere in the world where there is internet access :)
Question: Will all the speakers be present at the event or will the present over zoom on tv/big screen?
Answer:
We are hoping to have all speakers in person at FunnelHacking LIVE, but we have learned over the last 12 months that things can change.
Question: Will there be a conference app that we can download?
Answer:
No, we do not have a conference app at this time.
Question: Who are all the speakers this year?
Answer:
We will be releasing the speaker line up as we get closer to the Event.
Question: How many people will be at the event?
Answer:
With the current guidelines in place, we plan on having about 3000 people in attendance LIVE. Of course, this number is subject to change.
Question: Are we allowed to record/video at the event?
Answer:
No, recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited. We encourage you to take pictures!
Question: Is there a Facebook group for FHL 2021?
Answer:

Question: Is there an age limit to attend?
Answer:
There is no age limit to attend. If you are under 18 years old, however, you must attend with your legal guardian.
Question: Can I bring my baby/kids?
Answer:
No, this Event is not appropriate for young children. If you have unique circumstance and you need to bring your child, please contact us by July 31 at

Question: If I come in person will I be guaranteed to sit in the Main/large ballroom?
Answer:
We intend on making the in person experience amazing for everyone that attends. As things continue to shift and change with Covid, so will configuration for the event. But we plan and hope on everyone being able to see LIVE speakers if they attend in person.
Question: Is there a VIP/Preferred seating area?
Answer:
At this time, there is no VIP or Preferred seating.
Question: Do you make special accommodations for those with physical limitations?

Yes, we will be offering Special Early Access to the Main Ballroom prior to the General doors opening. You will need to be in the Early Access Lounge Area in order to get early access.
Question: Can I purchase an early access ticket?

No, not at this time. Early access is reserved for our 2CCX Members at this time.
Question: What COVID protocols will be in place?
Answer:
We will follow the State and Hotel Guidelines/Regulations at the time of the event. More information will be provided as appropriate.
Question: Are you going to be enforcing a mask policy?

Question: Can you tell me what health and safety precautions are going to be in place?
Answer:
- We will continue to analyze and make determination on appropriate precautions.
- Masks and hand sanitizer will be available. We will also be adhering to Florida’s and the hotels policies and guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.
Question: Do I need a vaccine to attend?
Answer:
We will be following covid and safety protocols. At this time, we are NOT planning on requiring attendees to have a vaccine but any health and safety related questions are subject to change.
Question: What happens if I get sick while traveling to the event and/or get sick at the event?

-If at the Event, please provide us with notice; we will send out more details closer to the Event.
- If you get sick before the Event (see above).
- If you get sick at the Event, we ask that you notify us and do not attend.
Question: How do I get into the event?
Answer: We do not have physical tickets to the event you and you will need to verify the name and email address associated with your ticket at registration. Please be sure to have a photo ID with you as well. Please be sure to claim your ticket in your FHL 2021 members area before August 1st to ensure access to the event. Since COVID 19 restriction we are only allowing those in who claimed their LIVE ticket before August 1st.
Question: What is the dress code for the event?
Answer: The dress code is business casual for the event. Our meeting room WILL be on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater, wrap, or jacket.
Question: Will there be WiFi at the event?
Answer: There will be no wifi provided for the event. If you are staying at the Gaylord Opryland you should receive complimentary wifi.
