In this article, we will be going over the Getting Started process and how it can help you begin with your new ClickFunnels account.
As a new ClickFunnels user, you may be unsure about how to get going with building the funnel that’s best for your business. Our Getting Started process can help guide you through those uncertainties. After answering a few questions about your business goals, we’ll deliver the template of the funnel type best-suited for you directly into your account.
Step by step walkthrough:
After successfully submitting your card information, activating your account, and watching the demo videos to earn your free ClickFunnels t-shirt, follow these steps:
1. Begin the Getting Started process by answering four questions:
a) What industry are you in?
b) What is the annual revenue for your product or service today?
c) Do you have a specific product to sell?
d) How much experience do you have with internet marketing?
2. Click Next to continue.
3. Choose a primary goal for your business:
In this screen, you’ll be asked what your primary goal for using ClickFunnels is. The goals to choose from are:
a) Generate Leads
b) Sell A Product
c) Promote As An Affiliate (e.g., ClickFunnels)
The next set of questions and/or recommendations are determined by which of the three goals you choose. After answering the follow-up questions based on your goal of choice, we will provide a recommendation for which funnel type you should use to get started.
4. Click Next to continue.
5. Choose which of the four most recommended funnel template designs you would like added to your account:
You can preview each template by hovering over the template and clicking the Preview button.
If you would rather start with a blank template instead, check the box underneath the funnel templates that says, I want to start with a blank template and will choose different designs for my pages later.
Once you’ve made your selection, click the Next button to move on.
6. Choose a Revenue model:
When choosing Sell A Product as your goal, you will be led to this screen asking the revenue model for your product:
a) One-Time Product
b) Subscription Product
c) Payment Plan Product
7. Click Next to continue.
8. Schedule your complimentary Onboarding Call with one of our specialists by clicking the Schedule a FREE Call button.
From here, we will also refer you to other helpful resources, including FunnelFlix, the ClickFunnels Customer Support Team, and our ClickFunnels Facebook groups.
9. Click Next to continue.
10. Access the funnel template you’ve chosen:
a) First Method: When you first arrive at your dashboard, you will see a notification in the top right corner confirming your funnel template has been added to the account. Click on the link in the notification to be taken to your funnel.
b) Second Method: Hover your cursor over the ClickFunnels tab at the top of the page and click the Funnels button from the drop-down menu. Doing so will take you to the list of all your funnels. Click on the funnel to access it.
