Question: Why are my funnels not loading? Why is it taking so long for my funnel to load in the editor?
If a considerable time has passed and you are still unable to access your funnels, we suggest taking the following steps to make sure it is not an internet browser issue:
- Log out of ClickFunnels
- Clear your cache & cookies for ALL time as seen here - https://help.clickfunnels.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006987793-Clear-your-browser-cache-and-cookies
- Log back into your ClickFunnels account
- Try using a private browsing window (incognito window)
- Try using a different browser or device
- Try updating your browser's software (including any extensions)
- Disabling any browser extensions
