Question: Why is ClickMail not integrating?
The most common error caused by trying to add ClickMail is if the "www" part of the Host is not added with the record. If you do not have this added, you will need to delete your records and add them back with the www (as seen below)
Once you add all your records back with the www then it should verify. Just remember NOT to include the period after www.
Important Note: If you are using a subdomain other than www then you will need to add one of the following below.
- If my domain is www.example.com, then it would be "cfmail.www"
- If my domain is example.com, then it would be "cfmail"
- If I had the subdomain shop.example.com, then it would be "cfmail.shop"
