Question: What happens if I downgrade from a Platinum plan to a Basic plan while having the maximum number of SMTP integrations allowed in the Platinum account.
Answer: You will retain all your SMTP integrations but will not be able to add more due to being over the limit. If you want to change a single SMTP, you will need to go under the maximum allowed in the Basic Plan. A workaround would be to use an auto-responder instead.
