Question: Why is my OTO not working?
Answer: There are a few trouble shooting steps that you can take to make sure that your OTO's are setup properly.
- Step 1: Check to make sure that your OTO pages have been moved to the step right below your order form. Please keep in mind that OTOs can only be made after an initial purchase on an order form.
Step 2: Another common cause for an OTO button not to work properly is due to the button action not being set. Make sure that your yes button action is set to the correct OTO product. Check the No button as well to make sure that the no action options is set.
