Question: I'm receiving a plan that doesn't exist when trying to set up my payment plan product
- Select your stripe plan in the funnel settings
- Check that your stripe account is connected correctly
- Make sure your subscription IDs in Test and live mode are the same in stripe. You will need to navigate to your Stripe account and verify both subscription IDs are identical. You can go to stripe.com and log in to your account. Below is an image showing you where this setting is located inside of your Stripe account.
