Question: Why are my emoticons not displaying correctly?
Emojis can be used in many areas of ClickFunnels (like emails and in the editor) but keep in mind that emojis are not universal. Emojis can look different depending on the device, operating system, browser, software, and extensions being used. Sometimes emojis might not translate at all and show up as random numbers or symbols.
Sometimes the same emoji can even look different on the same page depending on if there is any code, extensions, software, or other factors at play on the page. Unfortunately, we cannot control how an emoji displays on devices and cannot provide support in this area.
If an emoji is not displaying properly, you can always attempt to use custom code to correct this or you can upload an image instead (which will ensure every device will see the same image). Lastly, you can always reach out to the support team of your device, browser, or a qualified developer if you wish to understand the exact cause for an emoji not displaying correctly.
If you have any questions about this, please contact our support team by clicking the support icon in the bottom right-hand corner of this page.
