I have spent hours and hours waiting for an email response only for the suggestion to be the same exact thing I sent (with screen shot) in my request for help!! Now I have to sit and wait hours for a return email?!?!? I'm just very surprised that the customers who are new and "only" paying $100/mo aren't important enough for "priority" help. Seems like us beginner's are the ones who might need to get up and running the most. (not to mention, this would be second site I am doing, first one went great, now i have a glitch with wordpress plugin and after an hour on their live chat they found it was a CF issue) So a quicker response time or live chat would be great!
