Aweber Integration: Adding tags to existing subscribers

As  currently implemented the Aweber API integration only ads tags to new subscribers it adds to the list.  It needs to update existing subscribers and add any tags that are selected to the existing subscriber.

People may well be on a list already and by adding a tag we can send them a new series of emails they have expressed interest in so we need to add tags at least.

It reaally needs to update the subscriber with any new information. We may get a name that we didn't know before or something else.

Please implement this.
