Trouble with preview - things off center and disappearing

I have a 2 page funnel going.  When I preview the first page my picture and input buttons that I inserted are on the left margin instead of centered where I put them.  On the thank you page my youtube video completely disappears!  Help!

  Mine is doing something very similar as well - except my sections are disappearing or randomly reappearing.
