Domain name in ClickFunnels is still invalid. I also need help with settling up the payments

I am trying to finish everything up today before the Business Launch Challenge starts today. I am still having trouble with my Domain name to point and redirect between ClickFunnels and BlueHost. The Domain in ClickFunnels is still showing as invalid. I also am confused about setting up the payment screen in ClickFunnels so I can be paid. Everything else seems to be working.
