User Friendliness
Click Funnels spends too much effort on selling products and not enough effort on supporting clients. If I want to purchase a new product or upgrade my product, I have no problem. If I need help in building a funnel, I have to spend hours getting that help and then it is often inadequate. Entering your website, I am overwhelmed with ads for products. It is almost obscene. It is in the worst tradition of capitalism. I don't feel welcomed as a customer. You make me feel like all you want to do is get my money. You need to change your corporate culture to putting the customer first.
