Answer:
If you would like to remove a commission from an affiliate without refunding the product, please follow these steps.
1. From the sales product view click on Edit.
2. Set the amount to -1.00. This action takes it out of the affiliate area. You would still want the commission set to expire as this removes the commissions to be paid.
3. You can also move the commission to another affiliate. This action will remove it from the original affiliate and provide the commission to the newly assigned affiliate.
4. Then click Update Affiliate Commission.
