Answer: You will have a 30 day free trial once you create their account and your domain is transferred, after that it has the minimal cost of $5 month. You can feel free to contact DNSimple to change your pricing plan.
From there you can also change your domain to a different host provider, however you will need to reach out to DNSimple support.
