I am running a Split Test but only see one version/side when visiting the URL?

Video Recap:
When visiting the URL to your funnel step to view your split tests, it can be slightly difficult to get each side of the split test to display.
This is because when you are visiting the URL, you are on the same device, same browser, same network, etc, and eventually, your browser is going to lean more towards one side than the other due to cache and/or cookies.
Best ways to test:
The best way to confirm that the Split Test is properly working is to visit the page URL on your regular browser and then visit it again in an incognito/private window. In most cases, this will display the "Variation" side of the split test. But keep in mind, that if your internet connection has a hard cache, it may still only show one side.
You can visit the page URL by right-clicking as such:
or
- Mac instructions to open an incognito window: press Command + Shift + N
- Windows instructions to open an incognito window: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Another way to know it is working is to view the stats. if it shows views for each side, then you know that people around the world have been landing on each side successfully.
As long as you click the "Apply Changes" when setting the Split Test percentage, you will be good to go!
To achieve the most accurate results, we recommend running your split test for at least 30 days. This will allow the system enough time to return the desired split percentage between your control and variation pages.
