Picklist (Dropdown) with multiple options to be chosen

Hi, I have some webforms created that ask for the user to select multiple states where they buy or sell real estate properties. I had to design it with check boxes because there is no multi pick list... like a drop down menu that multiple options can be chosen in. The problem is, I cannot integrate this multi checkbox format into our new Zoho CRM using Zapier. Is there any way you can create a pick list where multiple options can be chosen?
