Translate Button "submit"

Hello, 
my site is in german.

i have form with a button "submit order". i can set the text in the button to german language "absenden".
but after you click the button i see the word "submitting" and i can´t translate or change it.
how can i do this?

  I'm Nicole with the Education Team at ClickFunnels. Thank you so much for your suggestion. Unfortunately at this time we cannot change the language of the word "submitting" as you are referencing.  This has been passed to the Feature Requests area to take it under consideration for future updates.
