Quiz lander

I am brand new to Click Funnels and am trying to build a quiz landing page with 4 or 5 multiple choice type questions.  I can't figure out how to get this started.  If someone could provide me with some guidance, I would really appreciate it.

  Hey Ryan, I recently delivered a quiz funnel to a client. Typically, you'll use the survey element to make it happen. In case you have a requirement that is not fulfilled out of the box, it would require custom coding. Feel free to reach out if you need help at anshul@thefunnelcrew.com
