Rate Limit Email Broadcasts

I've used other tools that will queue email broadcasts and rate limit (n per minute). This helps with email deliverability. I'd like to see this added to the product.

  Hi James: would you share what other tools you are using that will queue email broadcasts and rate limit (n per minute). as I am having the same issue with clickfunnels and my server provider wanting delays between broadcasts.
